How far ahead can I book?
Four weeks ahead. Same-week openings are released every Monday at 9:00.
Do you take walk-ins?
We are appointment-only so nobody is rushed, but call us — small repairs can often be fitted in.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free up to 24 hours before; later cancellations are charged at 50%.
Treatments
Is gel bad for my nails?
Not when applied and removed correctly. We use HEMA-free gel and never scrape or peel.
How long does each treatment last?
Lacquer seven to ten days, gel around three weeks, extensions three to four weeks between infills.
Are your tools sterilised?
Metal tools are autoclave-sterilised in sealed pouches opened in front of you; files are single-use.
Care & aftercare
How do I make my manicure last?
Cuticle oil every night, gloves for cleaning, and avoid using nails as tools.
What if something chips?
Our seven-day promise covers any chip or lift — just call and we will repair it.
Can I remove gel at home?
We recommend not to. Professional removal takes twenty minutes and protects your nail plate.
