We never rush the finish — leave ten minutes after lacquer services before handling bags.

Before you reserve
How far ahead can I book?
Four weeks ahead. Same-week openings are released every Monday at 9:00.
Do you take walk-ins?
We are appointment-only so that nobody is rushed, but do call — we can sometimes fit in a quick repair.
Can I book for a group?
Yes, for up to four guests side by side. Bridal parties can reserve the whole atelier on Sunday mornings.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free up to 24 hours before your appointment; later cancellations are charged at 50% of the treatment.
